Master Gar Won Ko raising up from the lotus position with hands together and Chong Bong (6 foot staff)
laying in his arms. He then turned 180 degrees to the right and came to the Charyut position to begin
his salutations of the Chong Bong Hyung.

Master Ko executes a very powerful 180 degree full-body augmented strike within the pattern.

Now to his backside, Master Ko executes an extremely-fast and powerful Figure-8 downward strike.

Master Ko preparing to execute a circular lateral strike to the temple of his opponent. As soon
as this strike reaches its vital point, Master Ko will simultaneously sink into Chun Kul Ja Seh.

Master Ko finishing the Ko Mu Do Chong Bong Form Set with a very powerful 180 degree step-around
circular lateral strike to the hip or extended hand of his opponent. Again, at the exact moment of
striking the chosen vital point, Master Ko will sink and settle into a deep Ki Ma Ja Seh.

Master Ko begins to setup his Kyukpa Sool (Breaking Techniques). Two of Grandmaster Kim's black belts
standby to assist Master Ko.

Master Ko is now set and prepares himself in performing the traditional Korean (twice down) full,
on the floor, bow to his Grandmaster (Ik Hwan Kim). Three of Grandmaster Kim's black belts stand ready
to assist Master Ko.

Master Ko opens the breaking demo by preparing to break with an extremely fast and soft, back of the
fingers and hand, whipping (vibrating) Crane technique. Master Ko specifically requested that the black
belt assistant to stand in the Ap Seogi while holding the 1-inch target with soft, pliable, arms. Master
Ko yelled "Keuman" in this posture shown above to simulate warning the opponent to stop his approach
before Master Ko launches his rapid stop-hit.

Master Ko having just finished the Crane technique.

Master Ko begins with Tan-Jon Ho-Hup and cultivates his Ki Power and
extends it out through his hands and fingers. You can see this in his
Crimson Hands and his White Palm Centers (P-8 Laogong or No Gung Cavity).
The two black belt assistants then break full-size 1-inch boards over his
extended forearms - simultaneously.

Master Ko grips 3 free-standing concrete patio blocks (weighing 12 lbs. each
or 36 lbs.) and vertically picks them straight up and turns them over (palm up).
He then prepares his palm-up Soo Do to break them. (Note....he never utilizes any
spacers).

Master Ko explosively breaks three (3) vertically-suspended concrete
patio blocks then carefully lays them down on the protective mat.

Master Ko then reaches down low in his horse stance and grips
two (2) more concrete slabs. He brings them both up to the level
of his crown point along with his Ki Power at the specific meridian
points on the Governing Vessel (GV-23 Shang Xing or Sang Seong and
GV-24 Shen Ting or Sin Jeong). Master Ko utilizes the specific point
between these two vital meridian points to break both slabs.

Master Ko in deep horse stance, reaches down with his right hand and
grips yet another concrete slab. He elevates it directly out in front
of his centerline and with a vertical knife hand (Soo Do) technique,
breaks the slab into with a short distance, quick, powerful strike.
