Futshan Bak
Mei Pai Gung Fu
The White Eyebrow System is based on the Tiger's character.

Bak
Mei fist started in the late Ching dynasty at Sichuan and Ngor
Mei
Mountain by Bak Mei. Bak Mei transferred it to Monk Kwong Hoi, to many other
monks and one normal guy (not monk). Futshan Bak Mei was distributed by
Sigung Lao Xiu Luang, and Chiu Tai Sun in the early 20th century,
and in the 60's, 70's and 80's it was very popular and the practitioners were
from every corner of Futshan.
The
main steps of Bak Mei fist are Gow Bo Toi, Sup Baat Mor
Kiu,
Sup Gee Kuen, Fu Bo, Sup Baat Fung Chun, Chat Dim Mui Fa,
Fa Pow etc.
One
of the methods of Chinese fist, the south central fist, according to legend
has been transferred by Bak Mei of Sichuan Ngor Mei Mountain and is more
popular now-a-days in Sichuan, Canton, Hong Kong, and Macau. Its uniqueness is
fierce and strong with strong connectivity and solid steps and a very active
waist. Its fist
methods have Chung Keun and Bin Keun. The
bridge methods have Soi Kiu, Jim Kiu, Sat Kiu, Fung Kiu, etc.. The kicking methods
have Ying Jat Tek or Fu Mei Gerk, which is Chan Gai Gerk, Deng Kuok and Hon Gai Bo. The other important
fist methods are the Mor Kiew and Mang Fu Chuk Lum
Futshan
Bak Mei, which is Buddhist and not Daoist, fist began in the late Ching dynasty by the Bak Mei of the Shichuan
Ngor Mei Mountain. Bak Mei transferred it to monk Kwong Hoi and then to other
monks, one of them being a fireman named Xiu Fo Dao Yan
and was passed to
Sigung Lao Xiu Luang.
Xiu Fo Dao Yan
is a nickname given to him at the temple where he worked, he was not a
daoist monk as you might think the name represents. His birth name is
unknown.
In 1965 Lao Xiu Luang retired and
returned to Futshan from GuangZhou and he started teaching Bak Mei fist aggressively in
Futshan. Before Lao Xiu Luang came to Futshan, Futshan already had a Bak Mei
Sifu, Chiu Tai Sun, but Sifu Chiu rarely took students, thus making the
influence of that fist method very minimal. At the cooperation of Lao Xiu
Luang and Chiu Tai Sun, Bak Mei fist reached its peak in the 70's along with
dragon shape fist and became Futshan's most popular fist and its followers
came from every corner of Futshan, such as Chung Chuo, Sak Wan, Dip Kao, etc.
The uniqueness of Bak
Mei fist is Lap Fu Wai Yeng, Sin Bo Hau Ma, Yu Sang Ma Sai, Foa Chum Tan Tou, Jet Chuok Wang Sau, Mao Tung Chun Tung, Kung Foung Hap Yat. The
structure of the Bak Mei fist method and the shape of the body and hand
movement are very important. The light, soft and compact and rapid movements
of the hands will actively generate very strong, fierce, tricky, complicated,
sinking, floating, opening and closing movements. Further, Bak Mei is a very
powerful system and with its advantage of
attacking near and quick attracted the interest of many kung fu learners. Bak
Mei is very efficient, not so easy to learn for many but generates fast effects, plus it
builds physical health, and increases self-confidence.

We are the authorized instructors from Sifu Li Yang Jian to teach this art. Go Jun Long is currently Sifu Li's only Disciple and was chosen by Sifu Li and his SiHing to be the Foreigner taught the System of Futshan Bak Mei, and to pass it on to future generations.
We offer group classes and are available to teach private class sessions as well. Prospective students that wish to be admitted in either group or private classes must be chosen and will only be accepted if and when the Sifu is ready.

These costs are according to the amount of days per week you want to attend training. The length of each class can vary for a variety of reasons but will not drop below one hour. These costs are not by the hour but by the training day. Classes could go for as long as 1-3 hours at the discretion of the instructor, depending on what is being taught and how much attention the student needs, but what you pay for is one hour per day. If you request more than one hour, the costs will fluctuate accordingly.
So for example for 1-2 days per week you pay $11.25 per class twice a week or $22.50 once a week. For 3 days a week you pay $10.50 per class and for 4 days a week you pay $9.57 per class. If you want more than 4 days a week, fees can be figured but will get pretty expensive due to my availability. Keep in mind that Normal private class training costs are $45-$55 per hour.
* Prices can change at any time, but once you are accepted your fees will remain the same unless you are dismissed or you dismiss yourself.
Now accepting prospective students!!
Only the highest caliber of students will be accepted. Dedication to learning and training the art is of up-most importance in deciding who will be accepted for training. Practice is needed and required everyday even if class time is not scheduled. This is up to the student but will be clearly evident to the instructor. Further, high ethics and honor are also highly sought after along with the students ability to learn the art the way it is taught and supposed to be performed. Keep in mind that Bak Mei is not for everyone and it is completely up to the Sifu who gets accepted and if they earn the right to stay in training. The Sifu can turn away and dismiss students for any reason at any time.
