Fees and Schedules

The following fees are effective May 5, 2004 and will remain in effect until further notice.

Basic Instructional Fee:

        Futshan Bak Mei Pai...............................$108 per month

        Tacosa Cadena Eskrima..........................$100 per month

        Hap Ki Do..............................................$100 per month

        Moo Duk Kwan Tae Kwon Do................$100 per month

        Han Moo Kwan Tae Kwon Do................$50 per month

Family Rates:

When more than one member of the same immediate family or household sign up simultaneously, a family rate will apply, subject to the discretion of and verification by Ko Mu Do Kwan Headmaster or Business Manager. All family members must sign up individually for the exact same Membership Agreement period (beginning and ending dates).

This fee adjustment will be discussed on an individual case scenario. A meeting will be set up with the family and the Headmaster or Business Manager to arrange a fee structure.

Family member rates are applicable only for the extent of a membership period and are subject to review and possible adjustment with each membership renewal.

Private and Personalized Instruction Fee:.........$55.00 / Hour.

Dr. Gar Won Ko or Mr. J. Michael Coconis can both be individually commissioned to instruct or teach by the hour (privately) at this rate.

Enrollment and Registration Fee:.................................$50.00

All registrations are assessed a one-time fee of $50.00 to cover the cost of processing and data-entry of student information. This enrollment/registration fee is applicable to each discipline being applied for and to be paid by each person enrolling into a class. As an added family rate incentive, the 2nd family member is assessed $35, and the 3rd family member is assessed $25.

Long-Term Memberships and Program Packages:

Commitment and dedication are essential ingredients in your martial arts training regimen. Long-term memberships and program packages are designed to help the student see his or her training through by pre-planning that commitment and firmly establishing their dedication to a particular discipline and art. Six (6) month, 12-month, 24-month, and 36-month programs are encouraged for the most serious student and are available with incentive cost savings. The minimum initial sign-up agreement is 3-months. Once this expires, the student must decide on a 6, 12, 24, or 36 month agreement. Commitment and dedication is the key to success.

Initial 3-Month (Minimum) Enrollment Cost Scenario for Futshan Bak Mei Pai:

A typical membership scenario for 3-months of Futshan Bak Mei Pai Training (after acceptance) would include: 3-months tuition ($324.00), enrollment and registration fee ($50.00), and the uniform (Hi-Fu) ($90.36). All of this would total to $464.36 to start your training regimen.

Initial 3-Month (Minimum) Enrollment Cost Scenario for Tacosa Cadena Eskrima:

A typical membership scenario for 3-months of Tacosa Cadena Eskrima Training would include: 3-months tuition ($300.00), enrollment and registration fee ($50.00), and the uniform ($90.36). All of this would total to $440.36 to start your training regimen.

A typical membership scenario for 3-months of Han Moo Kwan Tae Kwon Do Training would include: 3-months tuition ($300.00), enrollment and registration fee ($50.00), and the uniform (dobok) with logo ($90.36). All of this would total to $440.36 to start your training regimen.

Initial 3-Month (Minimum) Enrollment Cost Scenario for Tae Kwon Do:

A typical membership scenario for 3-months of Han Moo Kwan Tae Kwon Do Training would include: 3-months tuition ($150.00), enrollment and registration fee ($50.00), and the uniform (dobok) with logo ($68.84). All of this would total to $268.84 to start your training regimen.

A typical membership scenario for 3-months of Moo Duk Kwan Tae Kwon Do Training would include: 3-months tuition ($300.00), enrollment and registration fee ($50.00), and the uniform (dobok) with logo ($68.84). All of this would total to $418.84 to start your training regimen.

Additional Benefits Received with 3-Month Membership:

The additional benefit received when signing on with a 3-month membership at Ko Mu Do Kwan is that You only pay for the instructional hour. We have a spacious 6,100 square foot training hall and gymnasium. Any student can come in during regularly scheduled class times to use the weight room, training areas, stretch rack, exercises and stretches on the grappling mats, multiple heavy and speed bag work on the various training bags and footwork or jump rope training. All of this for no additional cost. The Ko Mu Do Kwan is the largest most well-equipped martial arts gymnasium and training hall in the State of Kansas.

Disciplines and Curriculums Applicable:

Tae Kwon Do from Korea, Hapkido from Korea, Futshan Bak Mei Pai (White Eyebrow Fist Gung Fu) from China, and Tacosa Cadena Eskrima from the Philippines are taught within their own traditional curriculum. Each discipline must be applied for separately and taught within their own time slot.

Uniform Requirements and Costs:

Each discipline taught at the Ko Mu Do Kwan requires a separate type of traditional uniform from that country where the discipline originated. Uniforms are required for attendance to all classes and examinations. Uniforms obtained outside Ko Mu Do Kwan may be worn only after review by and explicit approval from the Kwan's Headmaster. The following rates apply to uniforms which may be purchased from Ko Mu Do Kwan:
