entitling him the classification as United States Class A Referee. His International
Referee classification is pending. He is certified as Supreme Referee, which is the
highest level, under Grandmaster Won, In Hui. Grandmaster Won is one of the few in the
U.S. who holds the 1st Class WTF International Referee Classification. He is also one of
the few in the U.S. and Korea, who attained this at the 2nd World Taekwondo Championships
in Seoul, Korea in 1975.
Grandmaster Won has appointed Master Dr. Ko as Vice-President of the U.S.
